Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and business expansion in assigned territories. This is an individual contributor role, where you will be directly responsible for managing your sales pipeline, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review market trends to refine business strategies.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including dentists, clinics, hospitals, and dental institutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close high-value sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and expand the customer base by building strong professional relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients.
• Manage accounts receivables and ensure timely payments.
• Track and manage sales data using CRM tools and create accurate reports.
• Achieve 100% team sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

• Educational background: MBA/Graduate
• Experience: 4-8 years

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Goal-oriented and a natural motivator.
