Role Objective:

To manage, plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive high-quality leads, enhance engagement, and contribute to business growth for Unicorn Denmart Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Manage daily posting, community interaction, and engagement.

Paid Media Management:

• Create, run, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, and Display Campaigns.
• Implement retargeting strategies and manage Lookalike Audience campaigns.

Lead Generation:

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through paid media and organic activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure effective lead nurturing.

SEO and Website Management:

• Work with the web team to update product listings, blogs, and landing pages.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, keyword optimization, linking).

WhatsApp Marketing:

• Utilize WhatsApp Business API and automation tools for customer engagement.

Content Marketing Support:

• Coordinate with content writers and designers for blog publishing, product promotions, and marketing assets.
• Research and suggest blog topics aligned with dentists and dental labs’ interests.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and lead quality.
• Prepare and present monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.

Market and Competitor Research:

• Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and suggest improvements.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Good knowledge of SEO (On-page and basic Off-page).
• Understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce basics.
• Ability to handle Canva for basic creatives (coordination with the graphic team will also be there).
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Search Console).
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/Facebook Blueprint preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, dental, equipment sectors or ecommerce.
