Role Summary: As Area Service Incharge at UDL, youll be at the helm of our technical service team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Youll guide and support a dynamic team of service engineers, making sure customer calls are resolved quickly and effectively. Your proactive approach will help us maintain top-notch service standards across the board!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Service Engineers, ensuring efficient task allocation and follow-ups.
• Use ERP software to track and allocate service calls, keeping customers and engineers informed.
• Monitor and resolve service call pendency to ensure quick resolutions.
• Address customer complaints within the defined timelines and ensure top-notch service quality.
• Provide proactive installation support, ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and coordinate with the team to manage inventories.
• Oversee daily operations and service calls of engineers in assigned regions (10-15 engineers).
• Manage the return of replaced parts to the warehouse in a timely manner.
• Review the monthly expenses and travel accounts of service engineers.
• Organize training sessions to keep service engineers updated on the latest processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Educational background: B.Tech/Diploma
• Experience: 4-7 years
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and proficiency with ERP software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
